Kami is a full-time receptionist and has been a part of the Napoli Team since October 2016. She also attends Baptist College of Health Sciences as a full-time student seeking her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Kami has seven years experience in the front office setting and enjoys the relationships she builds with all of our patients.
Ashlea is a graduate of Northwest Mississippi Community College with an Associates Degree in Pre-Pharmacy. She has been a part of Napoli Physical Therapy since 2015, starting out as the receptionist and now the office manager. Ashlea enjoys spending time with her young son, family and friends. Not only does she create a positive attitude for those around her, but is also good at setting our new patients at ease when they enter our office for the first time. Ashlea is passionate about photography, filming, and working out in her spare time.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Nikki joined the Napoli Team in March 2017 after receiving her PTA degree from Itawamba Community College in 2016. Prior to attending PTA school, Nikki received a Bachelors in Science in Exercise Science from The University of Mississippi in 2013. Nikki has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Assosication (APTA) since 2014 and has clinical experience in outpatient and skilled nursing facilities. Nikki and her husband currently reside in Hernando and enjoy spending time outdoors with their two dogs, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Dano Napoli, MPT, OCS, Cert. DN
Owner, Physical Therapist
Dano Napoli graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) Medical Center, where he received the George Hampton Clinician Award and was also chosen for the LSU Alumni Faculty Award. Prior to attending physical therapy school, he received a Bachelors in Science (B.S.) in Biology from Delta State University (DSU). While in college, he was also a starting nose guard for the DSU football team.
Dano has an extensive background in fitness, strength training and received specialized training in the rehabilitation of osteoarthritic conditions -- degenerative joint disease and degenerative disc disease. In 2014, Dano became a board certified clinical specialist, as well as certified in Dry Needling by the Dry Needling Institute and Mississippi Board of Physical Therapy.

Kerri Morgan works at the front desk in our office. She is a graduate of SBEC (now Northpoint Christian School) in Olive Branch, MS. Following high school, Kerri attended Northwest Community College in Senatobia, MS. She enjoys working with people, spending time with friends and family, and helping in her church. Kerri's hobbies include spending time on the boat during the summer months and snow skiing during the winter. Kerri resides in Hernando, MS along with her husband of 22 years, Jason, and their 2 beautiful children, Hayley and Hayden.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Kylie has been a part of the Napoli Team since April 2017. Kylie received her Associates of Applied Science from Concorde Career College in February of 2017. She earned her Physical Therapist Assistant license in April 2017 and has been practicing in the outpatient clinic setting. Kylie is also a member of the APTA as well as a part of the Orthopaedic section. She loves to make her patients feel better and give them the best therapy they deserve. Kylie is from Olive Branch, MS and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Melissa has been a part of the Napoli Team since May 2017. She has an Associates of Applied Science and is working on being a licensed PTA. Melissa recently moved to the Arkabutla area with her son and daughter and is engaged to be married. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and watching her son play baseball.
